Steam Hardware Survey For August 2014, Linux Slips

No one ask me. So... if it doesn't ask to everyone is not reliable.
When they survey every connection and the time playing, we will know exactly what % of steam users use linux. Probably a biased survey?
I would like to know the % of steam users on windows that had bought the os vs the linux users. I'm sure linux will win. People have windows because the games are in windows, not because they want. (or ignorance). So keep pushing linux games.

Because its free, customisable, its in Catalan (the most important programs, the windows translation is one of the worst that I have ever seen). It's virus free. You can do whatever you want with your computer (unlike windows). Because I can use it, and I have not to format the hard drive every year.

I played this game (I don't remember how), I think it had an open alpha some time ago. It's too simple for me, but addicting.

Unreal Engine 4 Now Has Linux Demo Games To Try

Well, I tried "elemental" and it ate half of my ram (about 2GB) and I had some slowdowns (not important) when changing the scene. I hope when they release unreal torunament it eats less resources, otherwise I will have to upgrade. The demo level is small.
I suppose that this is the most demanding demo of all, and most of the games will not require a hight end machine.
Phenom II 955, 4GB ram nvidia 660. With arch, and I had to configure openal to use alsa (which is a wrapper from pulse to use alsa programs).

I will wait until aspyr releases the game. I don't want to wait as much as I wait for civV (bought at lauch).
But I think that we will not have to wait that long. I am almost sure that the game engine is an evolution of the civV one. So, it should be fast.
