I wonder if modding would allow new maps -- that would really boost SDV's replayability & increase gamer value

Sigh... I guess modern FPS' have classes now where you deploy with weapon-sets and don't have to strategically acquire and guard weapon spawns on a map.

Totally different mechanically from Halo, and of course old Unreal Tournament had lots of little mechanics that made the game fun.

The Secret to Fun? Game Mechanics, not 10 billion classes or a hundred million units or variations of procedural generated weapons. Maybe worlds but not weapons.

I had no idea any of this existed until now. I don't know if I like the idea of stickered controllers, if they were a more permanent mod I would happily buy them.

However I have to admit that in CS:GO my Xbox 360 controller currently feels the best, maybe because joystick pads don't extend to 100% of the circles edge by default -- dafuq?

I'm still waiting for gamers and manufacturers to mod the controllers and sell them, can't wait.

(Im seriously tempted to buy 4 PS3 or PS4 controllers as they're bluetooth and have a good layout.)
