Quoting: 14I don't like side scrollers much, but the animation looks really good in that trailer. I'm actually a bit interested now.
It's not a side scroller. 2D yes, but you can fly in all directions to explore.
It's still viewed from a side camera so it's still a side scroller.
I get what you're saying, totally do, but side scroller is a term not usually used for games like this where you have complete freedom of direction, but in 2D. A side scrolling is generally restricted to moving one way across the screen to progress.

Quoting: lucinosI can not understand why so many developers do that elementary mistake on linux. On linux developers should only support 64bit. No one on linux is using 32 bit, really no one. If someone is using 32 bit, he is wrong and he should use 64 bit and if he really has a reason then he is no way a potential customer for any game. On linux we had the "luck" that gaming has become mainstream only recently when everyone was already 64 bit. So it should be that simple as only supporting 64 bit. Why 32 bit is coming from the land of the dead? why?
Not everyone think the same like you and there are systems with need of support only 32bit. Why abandon them? Just because they are "old". Well? Welcome in the world of Microsoft. That's the way to think if you don't have any further interest finding a way using older machines and buying every three years new (meaning really new) hardware. And what to do with the old? On the trash? Others will do this? Okay! :P
My 9 year old laptop disagrees with your comment. Also, if you're running anything that old you probably can't even run anything more resource intensive then doom 3.

The lack of multiplatform multiplayer has seriously put a damper on this for I was planning to play it with friends...

The 'Razer DeathAdder Chroma' is quite possibly the nicest mouse I've ever owned

Quoting: SslaxxNice mice suggestions, but are there any good cheap mice around?
Depends on what you consider cheap and how willing you are to buy chinese products. There are a few chinese mice with AVAGO sensors that have a good reputation although I never used them, like the james donkey 325(currently $26 on amazon us, £20 on amazon UK, although I've seen an affiliate link for less and 22€ on amazon es), the redragon m802(seemingly unavailable) and the redragon m902(about $34 on amazon us, £30 on amazon uk and 33€ on amazon es).

Valve have changed how gifting games works

Quoting: UltraVioletseems really good to be able to get the game into your library if its declined, but, hopefully you know the person your buying a gift for and if all would like it or not before you buy it :-)
Actually it won't show up on your library, it will be refunded.

Planet Nomads release delayed until later this month, still looks promising

Quoting: CybolicI've got a Roccat Nyth myself, after my R.A.T. 9 developed hardware issues in both mouse and receiver. Before that I had two Logitech MX 1000, which have excellent ergonomics and a nice scroll wheel. The R.A.T. 9 was extremely comfortable and the horizontal scroll was a great feature, but the Roccat Nyth is the first time I've been truly in love with a mouse :D
I know most people probably look at the modular side buttons and think it's a ridiculous gaming gimmick, but pairing it with Linux's virtual desktops/workspaces and general keyboard friendliness opens up a plethora of opportunities to be able to do practically anything regardless of whether I have both hands on the keyboard or one on the mouse. It really is amazing :D (though it is a bit sensitive to specks of dust)

EDIT: Oh, and the software is frakking perfect ;)
I can adjust volume, mute, play/pause, cycle up and down gnome desktops, bring out activities overview and push to talk on discord all with a single profile with my tyon!

Space Hulk: Deathwing would also be cool, and the shooting sound is close to one of the weapons in that game too.
