Micron Rhythm Puzzle Game Now On Steam For Linux
1 Aug 2014 at 10:45 am UTC

I've put a few hours into Micron and I really like it so far. It's very simple gameplay wise, but as you say offers a real challenge once you get a bit into it. The developer is also very responsive and added (admittedly extremely basic) keyboard controls when I asked about it on the Steam forums.

There has really been a ton of new and good puzzle games being added on Steam this year, with games like Blocks That Matter (new to Linux), Full Bore, MouseCraft, Hexcells, LYNE and Micron being among my favorites.

Quoting: AstroThe Last Tinker: City of Colors is something incredibly amazing and infinitely charming. It's not even 5/5, it's 100/100. Probably it's the best game I've ever played in my entire life.
I also really liked that one. Not among my favourites though, but still a very enjoyable game.

This month I've mostly been playing MouseCraft since it came out of Early Access. It still has some Linux issues, but is playable and is a great puzzle game. Half of the fun is in finding solutions that are better than the intended perfect solutions.
