I'm using a standard HDD formatted to EXT4, I also opted out of the Beta & the error is still happening, hopefully they can get it sorted asap.

I think you'll find there's a lot more than just 17 Linux Minecraft games. My youngest Son has been playing it since it first appeared.

If it happens I'll buy it, even though I've played the previous game in the series for less than 10 minutes, but if it doesn't happen I won't lose any sleep over it, I have plenty of great games to keep me occupied, Mad Max, Alien Isolation, Borderlands2&presequel, Victor Vran , Witcher 2, Warhammer40k, to name just a few.

Hard is an understatement, I just bought it & got killed in less than 5 minutes on my first go at it. Good thing though is if you reach a save point & then get killed you go back there but keep anything you gained in-between.

Why are the bothering with a 32bit version when almost everyone who is likely to want this game is already using 64bit Linux?

Bastion for Linux is finally available on GOG, the game also now uses FNA
