I am beginning to worry about how many charity bundles there have been lately.

Rather than the drivers being "a goddamn mess", I suspect a lot of it is the game engines being the problem. Godot shouldn't have that problem, but I have no idea what issues people ran into (maybe Intel and AMD Windows driver bugs?).
Here's a recent AMD Vulkan issue on Windows [External Link], that could only be fixed by switching to DX12 or waiting for a graphics driver update. Keep in mind that this was a regression, meaning that this had happened before.

Again, no hate to either the Khronos Group or the Godot developers, but Vulkan just isn't well supported on Windows.

Unfortunately, NVIDIA's and AMD's Vulkan drivers on Windows is such a goddamn mess, I don't blame any developer that switches to DX12 by default. I really do hope that the drivers get better, but the Godot developers wants to make game development as seamless as possible, and that will unfortunately mean choosing a graphics API that works better, even if it's not an open standard.

Valve tweak accessibility categories and release new Steam update with controller improvements and new Beta UI

I can't believe they keep adding accessibility options. I'm serious; most companies would have given up by now, but somehow Valve keeps impressing me with how many they continue to add.

SteamVR 2.14 brings fixes for a Linux memory leak, a Steam Link freeze for AMD GPUs and more

As usual with every new tech, I will be waiting a year after release to see how well the Steam Frame performs before purchasing, especially with the state of SteamVR on Linux right now (at least in the stable branch).

Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault enters Early Access and work is ongoing to improve it on Steam Deck

Steam Deck → PC graphics note. If you play on Steam Deck and then jump back to PC, your graphics settings may be set to Low automatically. You can raise them again from the settings menu on your PC. We know this is inconvenient and will work to solve it as soon as we can.
I swear it isn't that hard to decouple the settings from your save file.

Not that I don't trust Pocketpair, but I'm not comfortable with many games coming under a single publisher. Call it pattern recognition or deja vu, I just have a bad feeling about it.

I really hope that it doesn't become anything more than a feeling.

Thank you FuturLab for bringing splitscreen coop. Ideally, I would have liked 4 player splitscreen, but even 2 is rare these days.
