8 Oct 2014 at 10:26 am UTC

Ill wait to the steam controlers... in the mean time, ill stick to some ps3 controllers I happen to have around

A shame, the latest ubuntu happens to be affected by this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1326725 [External Link]

And the computer I use to stream to next to the tv happens to have ubuntu and so I cant try the home streaming feature until this is fixed

Dreamfall Chapters Adventure Game Release Date Announced In New Video

Quoting: SpeedsterWas it the story or the awkward controls you didn't care for (or both)?
For me was the awkward control and the story didnt hooked me as much as the first one

I do intent to play it entirely at some point... I tried a couple of times, but I never got around to get very deep. Its definitely very high on my to play list because I liked it the first one very much. And they were not kidding when they said the "longest" journey. Very long engaging game.

Steam Hardware Survey For September 2014, Linux Rises

Quoting: Armand RaynalPlease Liam, create the steam groupe of people who don't buy games if they are not at least anouced for GNU/Linux.

With an article about it here, this groupe would grow fastly.
I dont buy games, unless I can play them on linux right now. Being announced is not enough for me.

I dont even pay above average on humbles if that will grant me games that I cannot play. Their loss with the tier system, because I usually pay well above the top tier price when im not constrained. I just dont want to get windows games if I can help it. Its a "funny" situation, but they created it on the first place

I would not join such group, since it seems silly. I think my money will support those who support me, without silliness and talks loud enough. Maybe im wrong about it, maybe im not... I cant really tell :)

Steam Hardware Survey For September 2014, Linux Rises

Quoting: Sn3ipenThis month we got a 0.10% rise, so its not a downwards trend.
its been the first peak up in like a year... so yeah... the trend in the % is downwards

If the total number of users have increased about a 25%, that means a total number of linux users increasing as well, even if the % trend has been downwards

Borderlands 2 Released For Linux With A Sale

All this season pass, prequel, dlc, goty boggles my mind

I love fps and bought the goty edition... but can anybody brief me in how are all these tied together?

Also, for the guy who wants to pay more... buy extra copies, dlc and prequel... that should make you pay that extra cash... and also, they will count as more people playing instead of one (^_^)

PS: I dont like dlcs and usually never buy them. Either the game is worth it alone or it doesnt. Im not a cow to be milked. This time I made an exception because of the joy of the good news :)
