Most boring trilogy ever. Barely managed to finish the first one, and gave up on finishing the 2nd and the 3rd. Older Tomb Raider games were more fun.

Deus Ex Remastered announced and arrives in February 2026

Deus Ex is the greatest game of all time. Anyone with a computer device and can understand English should experience it. This remaster appears more or less worthless, maybe it's good for modern console players, as the ported PS2 release of the game has a few differences from the original PC game, I heard.

I haven't played Deus Ex either, and I was conflicted between choosing vanilla, Revision and GMDX. Now comes this.
Obviously vanilla for first time playthrough. You're out to start with the actual game, not someone else's version of it.

Somehow I beat Sister Splinter easily today, despite having trouble with it last night.

The controller issues on Native were pretty damn annoying, so annoying that once I realised its a bug and the game is not actually supposed to play like this, I just switched to Proton, and frankly, this is just what I'm going to do for all games going forward. Just can't be bothered with these weird issues when Proton works perfectly.

SteamOS 3.7.15 Beta brings fixes for audio, security issues, Asus ROG Ally and Lenovo Legion Go

..can someone please explain to me why no matter where I am on the internet, whether it reddit or gaming on Linux, there are people who try to shove Bazzite down your throat every time you mention SteamOS?emojiemoji
Because SteamOS is not a desktop OS period. It's a dedicated for-gaming OS. The reason Bazzite gets brought up is because it's closest thing to SteamOS that is infact for-desktop.

It's good that some knowledgeable people are correcting the false hype created by posers around SteamOS in online discussions. Maybe one day we won't see those "once SteamOS releases for desktop, I'm switching over!1!1!1!!"
