Funny, it was my very first RTS as well. I got it by an weird very old, yellow box with a bunch of games. Something like "Die große Spielebox".
The graphics of the headless monster swordmen and many sounds of buildings are still in my head ahhh <3...
Maybe... if the game would have been less frustrating with spies and the own men rebelling against the own base, it could have been a huge hit. Even tho I think many concepts are interesting, the gameplay is a bit too complicate in my opinion. Still, a wonderful game.

Just the way that the two friends talk in end with the funny noises and a textbox makes me feel good.
Such platformers like Super Mario 64 or Banjo Tooie are way too rare (lol!) nowadays.

I love that the new grass is a bit greener and the paths have clearer borders. It looks better and feels more like Warcraft 3, too. :)
Dota 2 Reborn Launches Without Linux Support

I downloaded Dota 2 + Addon (~14GB) on Steam on playonlinux and tried 4 different wine versions. Every time the same results: Dota 2 works perfectly, Dota 2 Reborn works great expect of the fact that the ingame screen is black [External Link]. Even if they release the native port within the next 2 weeks, I hope I can find a workaround for this.
Edit: Fixed. It had to do with the fullscreen/windowed mode. Mbthe update helped as well.

Terraria is more like a RPG with a character that gets stronger and stronger equipment. In Clonk, you only gain classic skill and knowledge about "how to survive enemy players [External Link] / monsters / acid [External Link] or how to run an gold mine while volcanoes are damaging your buildings" by playing a round.
So you have many worlds in Clonk. On CCAN [External Link] and other community websites , there are thousands of user created object packs or scenarios with their own scripted buildings, monsters etc. Many of them are adventures for ppl who prefer pure RPG. (Most of them are for Clonk Rage though)

Looks cool so far. This as an opensource project where you can contribute maps would be really fantastic. Still, I am worried about the actual levels. Some of them are just huge and I've never seen very huge maps in Blender's game engine so far.
