A week ago I bought a G29 wheel and am absolutely loving it with ETS2 and ATS. It just brings the realism up a lot compared to playing with a controller.
I'll certainly pick up this latest DLC soon, but I just bought all the map DLCs for ATS and want to explore them first.

Steam Link hardware officially walks the plank, there's an app for that

I got one when it was dirt cheap on sale, but I hardly ever use it. My living room is wired by PLC which sometimes gets small disconnections. During normal internet use this is no problem, but using the Steam Link the audio starts to lag behind. It's just not that good of an experience without ethernet.

Seems I have little excuse not to try South Park The Stick of Truth now. I've been wanting to for a long time, but the lack of a Linux port has held me back.

It seems all my favourite game studios are being bought out: first Triumph (Age of Wonders) and now Obsidian (and to a lesser extend InXile). What a shame. :-(

I bought the Italy DLC for Eurotruck Sim 2 - not sure what's so spooky about it that it's on sale though ;-)

I hardly play anything but the Truck Sims these days, it's just so d*** relaxing!

I've been thinking of picking this game up to learn a bit about ancient Egypt. Does anyone know how historically correct it is?
It's my understanding that the game guides you through early Egypt, telling how it evolved. Or am I mistaken?
I don't care too much about gameplay if I can learn something.
