No, you're playing the game on the PC it's running on, then that's being sent to a PC with OBS which sends the video. There would be no input delay.
input delay may also refers to the refresh rate of the tv.

tvs with an bad input delay are bad for gaming, it dont make any difference when you're watching tv so many people dont know there is an issue, but as soon as they try to play, they have issues.

in this case, you will have the delay of the monitor (or tv) to where you are streaming+ the delay to encode, send and decode the image, it may be noticeable.

(i know, it will not stream to an monitor or tv, but you will show the image on those anyway)

that is the reason that people who have both an xbox one and an ps4 dont use the hdmi pass through to send the image from an console to the other then to the tv.
the controller will have the same input delay since it comunicate direct with the console, but the image will not

The Libretro Team and other emulators are being ripped off by companies trying to make a quick buck

"The problem on top of all this, is that it will put off the very people working on such projects from continuing and if your business relies on their work—good luck doing it yourself."
except that they can hire someone with the money they did with the rip offs..

also, its a bit ironic that most of the users of the emulators are pirates, and people are "pirating" their code...

level editors are fine and all but, shouldnt we be supporting, i dont know... OPEN SOURCE GAMES?
nah, just lets lock OUR content to an proprietary runtime.

come on guys, an OSS game should give us much more freedom than just an level editor in theory, but if no one fund one that aint gonna happen...

was an exclusivity deal with shield, it dont run in any other android
Yeah, but if Atari launched a Android device with Tegra X1, im pretty sure that both capcom and Nvidia(who ported the game) would like an increase in sales with zero cost.

Doom 3 was one of the games working in the Pixel C for example, so it's not impossible that other games were ported to a new device with Tegra X1 and Android
that make a hell lot of sense if it sell well.
otherwise they will ignore it due to the support cost (yes there is aways a cost)

worth mention that this game made enough sucess to become an anime...

you know, it cost tons of yen to make an anime, so the little fact that it made enough sucess to become one may rise the hype for this game.

Quoting: WJMazepasIt's not Android, nor Android or Chrome OS works with AMD CPU. And if they were using Android they would say it rather than saying its linux because to Android is more known to the general public than linux
android DO run on x86, i dont know why it would be compatible with AMD.
