About 20 years ago, I used to play Road Rash (or TMHT) at the arcades in my local leisure centre... can't wait for a modern re-imagining on Linux.

Quoting: Eike
Quoting: JSVRamirezMy EnhancedSteam puts a banner on the game's page saying;
"Warning: This title uses 3rd party DRM"

Can anyone give some more detail about this?
My Not-so-enhanced-Steam says "3rd party DRM: Kalypso Launcher (Account registration optional)"
Quoting: WienerWuerstelNo, it means the Kalypso Launcher which wasn't even used in the OS X and GNU/Linux Version of Tropico 5. So we can hope that Crookz doesn't need it either, at least not on OS X and GNU/Linux.
Excellent, thanks.

Can anyone tell me how this compares to FakeFactory's Cinematic Mod? I got rid of Wine completely about 18 months ago and CM for HL2 is the only thing I miss...

As far as I can tell, the maps are currently in the process of being remade, an addition to the source today allows for new map files to be used. This just leaves the music...

Editorial: Skullgirls On Linux Finally Shows Some Progress

I almost bought this when it first came out, on their promise alone. Fortunately, I've been holding off until an actual Linux version exists.

These kinds of things do make me wonder how many of these 'statistics' quoting low Linux use are counting Linux users who've bought before the Linux version came out (on the promise that it will be forthcoming) as confirmed Windows users.

I use a Saitek P2600 which, so far, has worked out of the box for everything. The only hiccup was with Shank, but this seems to have been the same for almost everyone.

This said, I do mainly use the keyboard and mouse out of comfort. I've only ever had two consoles over the past 30 years and started gaming on a ZX Spectrum, so kb+mouse is what I know best.

I'd be happy for a ppa... it looks like the STK-team ppa hasn't been updated in quite a while. Is this actually an 'official' ppa, or someone claiming to be the STK team?

I'd pay Real Money for an HD (video/audio) remake of Full Throttle.
Both of these will be insta-buy as well.

Quoting: dtandersonI think it is Black and White 2, it was just released for Mac. It is a battle of Gods type game....
That would be incredible!! I bought that game when it came out, but the wife muscled in and by the time she'd completed it, I had not time to play...
