I'm really enjoying it at the moment. I'm going for the White Hun achievement and have found it really challenging balancing out the immense power of Tibet. I've noticed that the larger empires are really stable now as well for better or for worse.

Also, not all of their games are like this, just the majority of ones produced by Paradox. Pilliars of Eternity only has a couple if I recall.

Quoting: TheBardCrusader Kings II also been supported and updated continuously for 5 years now appears to be going strong for many more years. I've been playing it since 2012 and have bought all the DLC at discounted prices over the years. It is more like a subscription service at this point and I have 1100 hours play time so it is worth it to me. It really comes down to how much you enjoy their games.Quoting: Stupendous ManBad news in my opinion. I hate Paradox' DLC policy. The Crusader Kings II: Collection bundle cost full price more than 300€ with 61 DLCs. That's just ridiculus.

I hope it is realtime in the same sense as Paradox games are - that is pausable realtime.
This looks like a great game. I hope since it is set in modern times that most of the focus is on internal politics and not on conquering the world.

It's a fun game and I think I have about 30 hours in it. Where it really shines though is on mobile. Perfect for 10 minute gameplay sessions.
