I've actually asked them to include it and did any adjustments that were needed, but it still seems to block it :(

It was my favourite site for over a decade.

Oh believe me, if I ever do decide to move onto something else (let's say due to old age) I will be handing over to someone I trust. I will never, ever, let GamingOnLinux as a website and community just vanish like the owner of LG did.

Total War: Three Kingdoms gets mod support, Reign of Blood DLC and 1.1 patch now out for Linux

Quoting: liamdaweI don't get the delay either, they must be losing sales with Steam Play all this time. It was announced seven months ago, the game has been on Windows for close to a year now too.
They get compensated for Linux sales after the announcement, right? So Steamplay shouldn't matter. Even so, it's been a long time and it's strangely quiet on the Feral side.
I can't remember exactly what they said, but they do in certain situations yes. I'm waiting anyway, plenty others to play.

Quoting: x_wingI'll probably do the same as gojul. But Feral, where is my Shadow of the Tomb Raider????
Probably need a tinfoil hat for this one, but I suspect they may have signed some papers that prevents them from releasing it until some time after it releases on Stadia.
Nice shiny hat you have there :P

Thank you everyone! It's a real pleasure to not just write about games and show them off, but to also be part of the community. That was one of my biggest aims, to not just have yet another news site, to build a community and actually be part of it.

I'm not sure how much work will be done today mind you, I think a small break is in order :), although I say that often and end up doing stuff anyway so you never know...

Quoting: MennenthYou may need a correction, actually digging into the text of the patent, the batteries will still be in the grips. The graphic may be that way just to show its battery powered.
It goes over multiple placement options.

As shown in the Fig.5, the battery compartment 272 optionally may be approximately centrally located between the left and right handle portions
That's referencing the design where it has the force sensitive resistors, which is what I was talking about.

Keep your arguments cool and focused. Personal attacks are not welcome. I'm leaving posts up as they are for now, but if I see this line continuing I will have to clean things up.

There's difference between exchanging views and calling people fanatics or claiming people aren't Linux users. We all have different views, you don't have to agree but you do have to have some standards here.

Well at least they're being honest:
Unfortunately, it really is due to incompetence on our part. We really didn't know that our server programmer was writing some of the code directly to the server until we went looking for it after the server deleted our code. We thought we'd just pop the backed-up code directly onto the new server and that'd be the end of it.

The FOSS game engine "Godot Engine" is progressing on Vulkan support

Sounds like it has been quite the task too, with work on it taking "considerable effort" but it's now running "nicely".
This is quoted out of context. If you read the original blog post, these comments are only relevant to the part of *initializing* vulkan, not running it.
I don't agree that it's out of content, as I did not mention any specific part. Getting Vulkan initialized is part of the work, they said that took "considerable effort" so what I wrote is accurate. Either way, I've now adjusted it slightly to mention that so specifically, even if it's being quite pedantic ;)
