Quoting: jensWill check again later but Steam was restarted twice to be sure and I manually selected 3.16-7. If it really wasn't, then Valve have serious work to do to ensure when you select a version that it's actually on it.I did give Into The Breach a very quick test, but sadly it doesn't look like the fullscreen issue is solved for me. Setting it into fullscreen made it into a bigger window, turned it black and seemed to make it freeze. I had to force-quit, then when loading it up again it was just in a big window with bits cut-off. Looks like they still need to work on that. Were you really on Beta7 (validate that the DXVK version is indeed 0.96)? It took me some manual steps until Proton was actually updated to Beta7.
Apparently Valve are working with Easy Anti-Cheat to get support in Steam Play (updated: yup)

Quoting: GuestEAC already has (optional) wine support in, and the devs of Paladin were asked by someone to activate it so that people could play it again. They obliged and now paladin (a game that was unplayable due to EAC last year) is now playable.Actually, it was only playable for a short time [External Link]. I tested again only today, still the same, kicks you out 100% of the time.

Quoting: GuestI found a screenshot the other day about some kid who asked the EA devs about getting Apex working on Linux again, and the EA support said they are working on it.I know the post you're talking about, you might want to see my reply [External Link] to that Reddit post where EA told me it wasn't being worked on ;)
Maybe this is what they were on about.
I'll see if i can find it again.

Quoting: deckoffAnd yet, years after the release Nvidia M cards are still not recognized by the game despite the claimed support.Did you email Aspyr support, if so what did they say?
Which effectively prevents the game from running on Linux

Quoting: GuestSo it is multiplayer-only?Yes, it's an online shooter.
Quoting: devlandAccording to https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Tannenberg [External Link] it has Steam DRM.Does that seriously matter for an online shooter? To me, no.
Can you run it with Steam turned off? If not, then it has DRM.

Quoting: ShmerlIs it good? Some criticize it for being quite shallow.I didn't think so, but then I appreciate that not all games need to be a 50 hour exercise. It's very much like a lot of the classics, it's good and to the point and exactly what I expected from it. An enjoyable retro racer.
Civilization VI: Gathering Storm should see day-1 Linux support tomorrow

Update: Aspyr has provided me with a key, so a couple of days after release I shall have some thoughts up.

As for DRM? No idea, I wouldn't have thought so.

Quoting: devlandDoes it have bots or DRM?Yes, as quoted in the article it has bots.
I want the first but not the second. :)
