It would be pretty weird for them not to bring it to Linux, but either way it's good for us with the future being Vulkan, as Windows developers bringing their games to Linux could still use it.

they actually were updated same day like for a month, i'm starting to think that they're not ported by VP anymore as this series was removed from their homepage.

Well, VP only confirmed they are doing SR2 & 3, and no one confirmed they are doing the others. So it leads me to believe VP are doing the others with how quickly they all get updated.

The reasoning is simple, to Valve they changed their setup, and need to be re-checked. It's actually perfectly normal, and it's funny when I see people who don't get it.

I've seen it happen plenty of times when I used to distro-hop.

Also, for people who get the survey when they go in wine or windows, then log back into their normal Linux client and wonder why they don't get it - you already declined it.

There's really no mystery.
