Quoting: melkemindI've started a Kickstarter page to raise money for rum and cake to drown and fatten up Liam. I know he said it wouldn't work, but he inadvertently told us his weaknesses. It's worth a try. :D
Oh no, what have I done!

Quoting: FutureSutureI bet this secret project is Dying Light because Techland just does not give a damn and Aspyr graciously offered to finish the job.
You're fired for leaking it.

Quoting: ricki42Deus Ex: HR, since people 'asked for it'.
Maybe I should stop watching that Mankind Divided trailer, I'm seeing DX everywhere...
Feral ported Deus Ex: Human Revolution to Mac OS, so Aspyr porting it to Linux seems odd. Not impossible, but certainly not the norm.
Are you sure? Bioshock comes to mind going to VP for Linux after Aspyr Media did the Mac version.

Just saying ;)

I’ve requested Samsai to do a special live stream when it is released, so we can bask in his glory. Or watch his failure, either’s good.
Are you allowed to say roughly WHEN, or would that give it away? Whatever it is, I assume it will be something worth getting excited over :)
We will not give out any more information than what comes from Aspyr directly.

StarDrive 2, A 4X Strategy Game Released For Linux, Some Thoughts
13 Apr 2015 at 8:50 am UTC

It does work now.

The developer messed up the config files and told people to nuke them, but he meant to just empty the config folder, not delete it. Re-creating the folders made it work again.

It's also a version behind, annoyingly.

I will update the article when it works again, I'm also planning a post with some more thoughts on it when I am able to play more.

Thanks a lot :)

Sadly, the game will no longer launch for me with the latest patch :(

This has been reported to the developer on twitter, and on the Steam forum.

Quoting: abelthorneWhat if you had plans for Deus Ex: Human Revolution? Would you tell us with THE REQUESTINATOR? ;)
THE REQUESTINATOR is no place for tellings. It's the machine we use to gather porting requests. We'll put DXHR for Linux in there for you, and if it gets processed it'll make a special combination of whirring and clickity-clackety sounds.
So this your post/image isn't about games being announced but ports people request then (hence the red herring, I'd guess?). Guess the post here needs updating.
No, all this is completely different to their facebook requestinator thingies.
