The Swords of Ditto is a much better and more interesting game with Mormo's Curse

Unfortunately, I had to use Proton to play this one. For some reason the Linux version on Steam doesn't want to launch (prepare to launch then nothing). It's a very good game though.

What are you playing on Linux this weekend and what do you think about it?

I'll be trying to work my way through Durlag's Tower in BG: EE. It's my first run through the lower levels and it's turning out to be a rough ride. In between runs, I'll be playing the expansion for ToME and a little platforming in Fox n Forests.

Brigador to get a big re-release with a new intro campaign and re-balanced difficulty

I hope the relaunch gets this game much more attention than what it received for the initial release. Everything about Brigador hits my sweet spot, whether it be the gameplay, art style, music or the lore.

Once I saw that Shenzhen was a Zachtronics game, I cracked open my wallet. TIS-100, Spacechem, and Infinifactory can be tough, but you get a great deal of satisfaction (at least I do) when you finally produce a solution to a tough problem. I'm betting that this new offering will be no different.

After seeing this article, I picked it up, and it's pretty damn good.

Thanks for the assessment, Liam. Even with its flaws, I will probably give it a shot.

Beat Hazard is a fantastic game, and I'm definitely looking forward to the sequel.

GOL Asks: What have you been playing recently?

Tales of Maj'Eyal, Broforce, Axiom Verge and a hint of TIS-100.

Space Grunts, a really rather great turn-based action roguelike now fully released

I picked it up after reading a previous article on here. SG isn't a huge game, nor does it have a lot of variety with the enemy models or environments, but it's pretty damn fun.

My Survival Story in Drox Operative

Quoting: StevenPeelerI'm sorry if I was or even seemed condescending. :( I actually still have a trap disarm change I'm planning on making that is probably from one of your comments.
I have to say, I'm a bit surprised and impressed. You even remembered one of the issues I brought up a few months back. I'll be returning to the worlds of both Drox Operative and Zombasite. Thank you, Mr. Peeler.
