For Metro Redux I had to use primusrun out of the git repo https://github.com/amonakov/primus [External Link]
Because the stock version was to old.
If you don't want to change between intel/nvidia at runtime, you don't have to use primusrun.

Quoting: rodvilThe primusrun is only for the Metro Redux?I use primusrun to start games/programms that I want to run on my nvidia card (everything else runs on intel)

Took me some messing around with it...
This is how I got it back up:
- use the xorg edgers ppa
- install nvidia-340 (the others like 346 didn't work)
- deaktivate xorg edgers ppa (so no new updates can mess things up)
- install primusrun from git (to get Metro Redux working)
I hope I didn't forget anything, really took some time...

Quoting: rodvilI have the same machine: Clevo W230SS (i7-4710MQ 2.5GHz 6MB though) and in the last month Nvidia stoped working for me. I'm also using prime. It was working fine until about a month and a half ago. Which NVIDIA driver are you guys using?Sounds similar to the problem I had, but with Schenker XMG P502 PRO (Clevo P150EM) and a Nvidia 670MX. From one day to another nvidia stoped working.
I was in Ubuntu 14.04 and now with Ubuntu 14.10 and the problem is there in both.
Before this problem I was really happy with it! It is a powerful beast.

Quoting: nvllsvmFor those curious, this is actually a rebranded Clevo W230SS. In the US, a company called Sager sells this as the NP7338.In Germany you can buy the W230SS Barebone in form of the Schenker XMG P304 :)

Quoting: kalinYes good idea :)Quoting: keikiI don't know about Blizzards road map. But some days ago Blizzard requested a petition on their forum instead of using change.org regarding Blizzard games on Linux.Liam please make article about this petition. Not everyone read comments.

EDIT:
This enabled me to download it:
delete appcache [External Link]
