I might actually give this a try now. Though I'm a bit torn on this: on the one hand, I appreciate that they are working on fixing things and actually supporting the Linux version. On the other hand, I don't appreciate that they released it in such a broken state in the first place, basically selling a game that was unplayable for many people.
Mad Max From Avalanche Studios Confirmed For Linux

I'm not usually into car games, but this looks good. I really enjoyed Just Cause 2, so I'm looking forward to this.
I was thinking maybe this could mean that Just Cause 3 will come to Linux, too, but it seems it's not currently planned. Also, Just Cause will be published by Square Enix, while Mad Max is published by WB. Are the games using the same engine, though?

Quoting: autonomouseCorrect me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure I've seen the Warner Bros logo when loading up Dying Light...Yeah, I just googled that, it's published by WB. Steam has it incorrectly listed as published by Techland, so it doesn't show up when searching for WB games.

Quoting: StyromaniacBatman: Arkham Origins is developed and published by Warner Bros. It's not unreasonable to expect this will be a native Linux release. Warner Bros has a good track record with Bastion, Transistor, and Gauntlet.Transistor isn't published by WB (published by Supergiant Games), and Gauntlet isn't on Linux yet, planned but delayed. Out of 30 games that are listed on Steam as published by WB [External Link], Bastion is the only one on Linux [External Link]. It's a start I guess, but I wouldn't read too much into that.

Was a Linux port of Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes ever hinted at? According to this Steam discussion (1st reply) [External Link] there were no plans as of last December.
Underworld Ascendant, The Spiritual Successor To Ultima Underworld, No Longer A Stretch Goal For Linux

I don't mind all that much that Linux will be a bit later, sounds like they are talking months rather than years. At least it's not a stretch goal anymore, I don't want to back something not knowing if I'll ever be able to play it. This way, I already pledged.
I wonder though how much their decision to support Linux and Mac was because they are still below their funding goal and they wanted to bring in more potential supporters (and then also ask them for larger pledges).

Quoting: ironheadI'm a bit sick of all these Kickstarter promised Linux ports that never show up... but Elite Dangerous promised one too so one could assume it will come out the same year as the Windows release...Is the Linux version really confirmed? All I read is they were 'considering it' and 'looking into it'.
