I totally count the following as a win:

I dropped windows when I started my studies (3 years ago) and never used my steam account since then (only some Counterstrike Games unlocked on my account), suddenly Valve says:
People, here is a steam client for you.

Now here is what my steam client tells me now (only a few examples):
Isaac: Rebirth - 61h
Book of Unwritten Tales (1, 2 and prequel) - 46h
Borderlands 2 - 136h
Deponia: The Complete Journey - 37h
Don't Starve - 26h
Dying Light - 46h
Metro Last Light - 56h
Metro 2033 Redux - 14h
Portal 2 - 14h
Team Fortress 2 - 128h
Trine 2 - 64h
The Witcher 2 - 44h
XCOM - 36h
FTL - 41h
Half Life 2 - 12h
L4D2 - 19h
Mark of the Ninja - 38h
....

Ratio STEAMOS + Linux to all Games on my account:
141 vs 228

:]

If anyone of you start playing it, consider first playing critter chronicles, after that the first unwritten tails and than unwritten tales 2 (which contains many references to the first parts and associated jokes which you may find more enjoyable if you played the first parts).

Seems that the tweaks from the first article to disable that shadow stuff (<=> FPS increase for a playable game) don't work anymore, can anyone confirm that?

It's a bit ridiculous:
I was quite young und tried out Dino Crises... I was so screwed that I stopped playing and finished the game years later. There were more and more strange tracks and killed people in a research facility and you have to go through the entire facility to do your investigations. Most times you were alone and only a alarm or the noises of computers were present. In every moment a raptor could attack you and rip you apart... It could come from a vent... Or jumps through a window where you would never have expected it. But the most shit moment was this (I think it is an easter egg): I you were too long in a specific office a T-Rex would break through a large window and rip you apart. It was a felt millisecond death and you can only survive if you stand in a specific corner of the room and even then you needed luck and lots of ammo to chase this beast away...

The most scariest movie for me was Saw, the part where these two guys were enchained in this tiny bath room and had to saw their limbs to get free...
