Quoting: tmtvlWasn't Desura involved in some shady business concerning not paying the developers? Don't know if that's part of a perfect world. That was true for one of the last owners of Desura, but not the whole lifespan, IIRC.

This EGS crap freaks me out, but f*ck it. I love this series. There's even a framed Metro poster hanging in my living room. I'll pay whatever price tag it has when it's released for Linux.
What have you been playing recently and what do you think about it?

After years of waiting my gf and I decided to buy Divinity: Original Sin 2 last year, even though there's still no Linux port in sight. I don't really expect one, to be honest. I've also been playing some Diablo III by myself. This one won't see a Linux port neither, I presume.
None of these are Linux games, but my big Pile o' Shame won't get any smaller if I ignore all the other gifted or bought Windows games. :L

Quoting: ShmerlThat took them a while, but good to see more games coming out DRM-free.Only the most recent games on idTech, other recent games are d3d11 ones IIRC.
I'm not really familiar with recent Bethesda games. Are they using Vulkan?

Quoting: KimyrielleWait, you can run Origin in Proton? I had no idea! Is there a guide for this, people could point me to? I used to run it in Lutris, but their installer has been broken for months now.I haven't tried Origin with Proton but this did the trick [External Link] for vanilla wine for me.
