Have the performance CPU issues being fixed already?

Blitzkrieg 3 looks like it's coming to Linux soon, new trailer looks great

Quoting: GuestLooks like the game currently has a lot of problems. If they fix those, and we get a good Linux version, then cool, might look into it.
Early access destroys games! They often get a bad reputation before even being finished. I really don't get why you would throw early access crap on the market. It's a pitty, the game looks awesome. They should fix there balancing asap!

Quoting: constI really think that monitor-configuration should get part of sdl framework. Instead of selecting resolution/monitors/fs etc. in a game launcher, there should be a global tool, that can generate (priorized) config files that are used by all sdl applications.
I think of a tool similar to how arandr/xrandr work. Just super versatile.
You mean somtheing like nVidia system settings or ATI Catalyst Control Center with their (old) proprietary drivers? Just for SDL/MESA?

But the ports are native, aren't they? I thought if you need to rewrite the whole engine anyway, it might be possible to get the best performance out of OpenGL that is possible. We could only hope that well optimized Vulkan games will have the same performance as either Vulkan on Windows or an D3DX12 (the syntax is very similar) Vulkan port on linux.

Nvidia 364.19 stable driver released, featuring Vulkan, Wayland & Mir support

I don't know why nVidia says they have "wayland support" now. That's a lie! If you wanna try out a wm called sway it will reject to start. It will display a message letting you know, that nVidia proprietary driver does not support wayland - also the new one which brings, let me quote, "so called wayland support". Thank you nVidia. For nothing!

It reminds me of "Moorhuhn" with a terrorists background. I'm not that amused by the game actually. You said one shouldn't take it to serious ... still this kind of demonstrating a war (like shooting Moorhühner) is not a thing I like.

8-Bit Armies, an awesome looking retro RTS from Petroglyph could come to Linux

Yes, we do need more RTS. No, I don't like the look of it so I don't care if they'll port it. ;)

Nekro has been abandoned by one of the creators, the story isn't so clear

Kickstarter could be a nice thing to bring up new, innovative games. Still it involves a risk as you can see in this case. Also Linux ports like Divinity: Original Sin are VERY, VERY good games and worth every penny. Even though the linux baggers were trolled since the Linux port got delayed more then one year!

Only problem is I already got it. Maybe I should gift it to someone to support Feral.
Since I'm short in money I could spent for games atm I wouldn't mind a gift. I could make sure it's only played in Linux! ;)

I could offer some Indie (Humble Bundle) Games in exchange if you u like. :)
