Quoting: iiariFor those of you using updated NVIDIA drivers having problems, put "-force-glcore42 -force-clamped" in your launch options (without the quotes). That worked to prevent crashing while loading for me.
Holy crap, thanks dude! =D That fixed it for my AMD card as well. I was just able to play for nearly 2 hours and didnt have a single crash! =D

Solace Crafting seems interesting for those that love to explore and craft

Quoting: ElvanexDamn. This looks like a great deal. :) I just started a new job though, and don't get my first check until Friday. :/
Also, I noticed there's an extra bonus for humble monthly subscribers... I've been considering doing that, but I'm not sure how worth it it is as a Linux gamer. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
It's hit or miss. What's nice is Humble allows you to pause your subscription for one month at a time. What I do is look at what the headline game(s) is(are) every month and decide whether to pause or not. There was a period of three months in a row that I paused, so I ended up canceling the subscription. But now I'm back on due to The Escapists 2.

Take this month as a case in point. If you don't have Rise of the Tomb Raider, then I'd say subscribe. If you already have it, then don't subscribe.

When you get Humble Bundle games that you don't want to keep, you can tediously trade them at www.steamtrades.com.
Cool, thanks. :) So basically, I should view each month as a 1 time purchase for that month's given bundle, and try not to think of it as a subscription.

Insurgency: Sandstorm is looking real good in the latest videos, Linux version should come in the first couple updates

Unprecedented audio design with positional voice-chat for realistic teamwork, and heart pounding ambient audio to bring you into the battlefield.
This alone puts it in my must buy list. :) I find truly immersive audio to be quite lacking in most games these days.

A developer from Bohemia Interactive wants to know your interest in the Arma 3 Linux port

Sadly, I've been locked of of Discord, so I'll have to post here. I'm definitely interested in this. :) The main reason I haven't purchased it already is because I want to wait until the Linux build becomes officially supported. Much respect to the devs though in how they've handled the port so far though. Very professional.

Indie FPS 'Ballistic Overkill' updated with a new 'Rounds' game mode
3 Aug 2018 at 3:36 pm UTC

You know what mode would be cool for this game? Capture the flag. :) Also, some new maps would be nice. But mostly though, I feel this game could use a round of general polish. It's still my go to online shooter, but it's been feeling a bit stale lately. This update should help with that though. :)

This looks really good! :) The artstyle kinda reminds me of Kingdom. I personally really like this aesthetic.
