For real, these kind of scammers are going to affect honest developers.

The most interesting game in YEARS straight out! Too many games involve shooting and hectic competitiveness, this is more of my sense of enjoyment :-)

EVERSPACE, the amazing looking space shooter should be on Linux before the end of September

Without watching the trailer yet, its something along the lines of Star Wars: Starfighter or Rogue Squadron rather than X-Wing Alliance / Wing Commander (III-IV)

GOG withdraw their statement about The Witcher 3 never planned for Linux, they have no idea

Maybe it's just simple as this previous member of staff having some type of Linux antipathy? Seems like a straight out emotional response now. "no plans of releasing The Witcher 3 on Linux and there never were any"...

To make us once again feel like, well, you know, something about classes and seconds :o

Quoting: wolfyrionpfft... just install a rolling release distro...
I really love rolling release distros thats why I am using Manjaro.
It was either Arch,Antergos or Manjaro. :P

I cant imagine myself working with a non rolling release distro. Once you experienced it you will never go back to ubuntu like distros...

Plasma 5 + Manjaro = Amazing Experience !
Manjaro ended my distro-hopping also. These days i can safely install it on Linux newcomers PC's whatever their needs really.

My silent wish every time browsing about Steam store.

Sure, and I think many feel the same, but what does it have to do with piracy? Why mention it as a consequence? So fuck Project CARS and peace out.
I don't know how you see "piracy" as, but i'm sure you might get a glimpse of what i mean?

"Fuck Project CARS and peace out?" -Hmm.

I don't see the humour in it, really. Not that I think you or most of us will actually do it, but Perkeleen_Vittupää did email this to the developers:
Why do you treat Linux-gamers the way you do? We were willing to throw out money at you. Seems that you don't need it. You will just add to piracy with this kind of behaviour?
Do you really think that will help them change their mind? You don't have to answer, and since you're not a robot, stay happy! ;)
I feel and think we shouldn't just "peace out" about these things.

My email to them was like this. I gave myself a freedom to use shiba87's comment with modification:

"Hello.

About the Project Cars and Linux port.

You made a huge marketing campaign around Steam OS. The logo was on each video, images, blog articles, official website, FAQ, forums... and you even announced a second part of the game with a similar campaign and the same Steam OS promises.

But there are "no plans for GNU/Linux". I don't understand your logic guys, but probably you just lie more than talk?

Why do you treat Linux-gamers the way you do? We were willing to throw out money at you. Seems that you don't need it. You will just add to piracy with this kind of behaviour?"
