I'm currently obsessed with Super Hexagon; still can't beat the Hexagonest level (where 'to beat' means, 'survive longer than 60secs), but I did 'beat' the first 'hyper' level ... so I keep practicing ... and practicing ...

Please tell me that the garden gnomes are meant to hint at snappier performance on the GNOME desktop, when its compositor makes use of Vulkan?

(And no longer heats up one's GPU, doing nothing but showing a bunch of windows, as high as an hour-long session of SoM, or Metro?)

I'd say it's Alien Isolation. The depots for Mac and Linux were filled in more than a week ago; and they've even been updated a couple of times since.
