In regards to doing the survey less frequently. I think a bi-monthly (as in once every two months) would be better while at the same time still offering up-to-date stats. IMO ;)

I always enjoy seeing how these Jams turn out, there are always a few gems in them!

Nice post, interesting to see the pie charts and just how much Unity is responsible for introducing new games to Linux :)

If reviews turn out OK I think I'll buy this. There used to be this TV channel tycoon thingymabob that I used to play online many years ago and I sunk many hours into that lol.

AMD Lose Another Big Name, This Time To Nvidia

When the AMD open source drivers are nearly on par with their proprietary stuff, you know something is wrong. Perhaps AMD should finally fully embrace open source and only develop OSS...

I'm sure many talented developers would devote resources to the project.

Imagine an open source Catalyst control centre and drivers. Why does AMD dedicate resources to develop two sets of drivers?? They could then re-focus on improving hardware.

Am I missing something here? And am I being an idiot?

It's just a bit of fun. Think of it as a community bonding experience :D

No one here expects the next big thing to come out of this game jam but it will be fun nevertheless hehe.
