I'm definitely getting it. A friend and I played the previous two and we quite enjoyed them. I agree with some Steam reviews that the first one was better than the second, but I still liked both.

The Humble RPG Bundle seems like a really great deal for Linux gamers

Yeah, I already have the 4 games I'd want the most. This is an incredible amount of great gaming for dirt cheap. I wish I knew more people that spent quality time with RPG's.

Having never heard the word myself, I was always pronouncing it "go-dot" in my American head.

Ooo, this is really sweet. Yes, SPICE would be a fantastic next step. Imagine Raspberry Pi as a thin client... I guess Steam Link is the same thing. Still, it would still be very useful to me if it was local only. I run VirtualBox and libvirtd locally to tinker with stuff besides my dedicated hypervisor.

The Bard's Tale IV: Director's Cut is now out, adding Linux support and other goodies

Weren't the older Bard's Tale games comedic? This one looks like they walked away from that a bit.

Since it's single-player, maybe it won't be important to download every patch published by GOG.
