Quoting: SalvatosThanks. Yeah, that must be why this game sounds fun and interesting to me -- it's not a rogue game.Quoting: 14I still haven't played a rogue game. I believe I have one in my library but I've never played it. It doesn't get me excited I guess. This game sounds really interesting. I'm looking forward to BTRE's review. There's very little that's rogue-like about it. Pretty much just some random encounters (not procedurally-generated, just happening at non-prescribed times during your travels; as far as I know at least) and the fact that you can lose characters forever, which is hardly uncommon to party-based games in general. What's less common about it I guess is that even the main characters can die without game over. I do wonder how that would work out since the story I've seen so far very much revolves around them.

In a game where you can fly, Battle Royale would feel pretty much like elimination. Maybe they can make it interesting somehow.

You know what I would like fixed? Screenshots. Why should I have to click on a screenshot twice and then drag a stupid window by the corners so I can see a large version of the screenshot?! It should be one click to get a larger-than-thumbnail version, and then there should be a maximize button. Or, there could be a maximize button overlay upon mouse hover.
All that said, I do appreciate what fixes have some so far.

Quoting: chrAnother thing that worked sometimes was to close Steam when prompted for login credentials and on second launch of Steam it auto-logged-in as it was supposed to.I've been doing this myself. Works every time.

I just played a quick, little round and I think the aiming is better than surviv.io. I also like this graphic style better. Also, it was not laggy at all for me, here in the U.S.

I'm really sucked into Stellaris right now, so there is no reason for me to pick this up until later. It sounds great, though. I'm going to look at the video from today's Twitch stream to see what this text bug looks like.
EDIT: Alright, it's not as bad as I was imagining. It's in your face all the time and you'll never forget it's there, but it doesn't make the game unplayable. If I had a huge itch to buy a single-player game right now, I'd still get it. Sounds like the problem will be fixed by the time I buy it.
