Pornographic and nude content should have a warning. And young kids should not have access to it. The mechanics of enforcing that are debatable, sure.

This does not mean it results in better pay for the employees, only share holders.

This is not always true. Employers know their employees will leave when they think they can get better pay and recognition elsewhere. And when a company is public, as your example, everyone sees how it's doing. Many employees will even be shareholders themselves.

I get your point, but it is a little exaggerated; it's not 100% bad all the time.

Hater of finished games:

Paradox gutted that studio well ahead of the release date of their game, then just straight up dumped said game months later like it was radioactive.
