Paradox have launched Stellaris on GOG today, also a beta available for multiplayer across stores

If I launch the Steam version of CKII without launching Steam, I don't get access to my DLCs. That isn't drm-free by my measure. Is this game different?

(Edit: I suppose I might just be missing a flag or something to point to my dlcs. Does anyone know if that's the case?)

Does anyone know if the game gets added to the Paradox Launcher if you buy on GOG? I love the idea of a drm-free version but, with all the updates, I don't fancy struggling with GOG's archaic patching system.

I'm sorry, but what substantial contribution has ESR made to kernel development? The only one I recall was rejected for being technically inept, long before a COC existed. Holding up ESR as a beacon does not help your argument.

Thanks Liam. I've just picked this up through the affiliate link on GOG.

Unfortunately the game doesn't seem to be picking up my Steam controller at all (xbox360 emulation through sc-controller). Anyone else having problems?

Edit: I've just retried it and it is working perfectly now. So far it is a fun game!
