I think the plan was to update BG3 with FSR2.2 at the same time as the PS5 release, but that didn't happen, so maybe they're now working on FSR3 to help with CPU bottlenecks (One can dream).

I just started Act 2, by the time I get to Act 3 the patch will be released. Right now, I'm more impatient for FSR2 coming cause I'm going to spend a few days with the Deck only.

A lot of my friends are also playing several characters and doing Act 1 only, but I can't do that. I think investing in one character during the full play through suits me better, and then start over.

This is really sad news. From them having suffered mentally due to the multi-year projects, to closing. When smaller studios like this close is when the reality of the industry hits, and it's rather depressing.

I hope they get better with the support of professionals and their family, and wish them the best in the future. Shadow Gambit it's on my wishlist, and will be purchasing after I finish BG3.

Given i game at 1440p@60 most of the time the entire system sits between 145-165w in typical gaming scenarios.

That said i agree with the fact that they might be a good replacement for the 5 series. Id personally try to find a cheap 6700xt/6800 series on a deal and undervolt it, should last a good few years.

I’ve got a 5700xt and most games run very well at 1440. Ray Tracing would be nice, but I think I will wait until the 8000 series for a proper upgrade, and hopefully better contained TPDs
