I did not hear about The Station before and I read the interview before watching the video. As a die hard sci-fi fan who read tons of books over the years, I just fell in love with the vision and the attitude presented here. Such a potential, attention to details, no rush, fair price... Man, if they achieve 50% of what they want, it would be great. The video itself only enforces the feeling. While for some it may not actually show much, the fans of of this genre must love all the small details which scream "we love what we do". Can't wait, honestly.

I played the original Homefront on other OS and liked it a lot (the game, not the OS). I think I've actually played it twice. I did not buy the sequel yet specifically due to the promise of a Linux port. If it happens, they got my money for sure.

I checked the trailer and the making-of video yesterday, liked it and started playing today ^_^ My kids are loving it so far. I stream to the TV and we crack the puzzles together in a proper family coop :D I'd be very happy if we will actually finish the whole thing, I think this game deserves it.

Wow, after seeing the trailer, this has become my very first D1 purchase :)
Only played for like 45' so far and while I like the game, I also have few issues I did not experience before. Most notably, the brightness slider in settings has no effect and since the game takes place in dark environments, I tend have problems to actually see what's around. Also noticed that after quitting the game, the desktop appears slightly broken (around edges of opened windows). Switching compositing on-and-off seems to help.
The actual gameplay appears fine, when I used the time-rewind key for the first time (not knowing about this feature beforehand) I almost freaked-out :D However, I'm putting this off for few days now to see if there are others with the brightness problems and if there's anything I can do about that.
