Cool, those UI shortcuts are very handy! I wonder if they will add support for workspaces/virtual desktops in the future. :D That would be awesome.

Do you know anything about their release habits? How many RCs to they publish until the final one, and do they have a fixed/predictable cadence?

Great laptop! :) But that's some seriously underwhelming RAM speed for 2020. It's not their fault, obviously, but having bought DDR4-3000 for my desktop in the first days of 2016, while there were faster models for desktop platforms, it was conceivable that we'd get faster DDR4 for laptops about 5 years later.

I look forward to seeing reviews of this laptop, as I might need one soon. :)

Nice addition! :) And I love how it looks. I just watched their April demo and it has more features than I expected. I might play it one of these days. :)

Quoting: Liam DaweThe article should note if you have questions you have not answered and tells you how many.
I know, that's how I noticed I had 2 missing answers, but it's barely visible if you don't pay much attention to everything in the article. And it's quite easy to miss it, considering it's basically the same article each month and you don't have changes in your configuration you're rather tempted to "click here to continue to be included" and move on.

So placing that notification in a div with a visible background color would help. :)

Wow, that only reinforces the idea of highlighting the newly added questions, so people can provide input if they want to. Thanks for the Trends tip! :)

@Liam: I don't know when the VR and session type questions were introduced but I just noticed them now. You might want to highlight that to people, for better stats. :)

TUXEDO Computers announce the Pulse 15, a high-end AMD Ryzen laptop

Finally, some great Ryzen laptops! :D

Now unless they've been sourcing better speakers recently, they are probably mediocre - not horrible, but not good enough either. Or I might've been unlucky with the Tuxedo laptop I bought 2 years ago. I liked the little additions that came with the laptop - about the same you could see in Linus' video -, so that's a very nice touch compared to any big brand.

Luckily I don't need a laptop this year, so I can wait for a while. And I hope that the current one will be successful and that AMD will come up with great hardware in the next iteration, so I can have even better options in the future. They seem to be a decent company, with reasonably good hardware (I had a problem with the laptop, they fixed it, no issues since). I hope they'll keep doing a good job, and maybe make that website run a bit faster.

Open source voxel game engine Minetest has a new release

True. :) But we have to acknowledge the close relationship of the modding community and the Minetest developers, which is quite healthy. For instance, Wuzzy - the founder and main developer of MineClone 2 - also contributes improvements to Minetest to support Minecraft-like features and mechanics. And he's not the only modder doing "upstream" contributions, so Minetest's future is pretty exciting.

As for MineClone 2, the next update will include potions, tipped arrows, Enderman improvements, fixed mobs and other tweaks and fixes. :) So... woo-hoo!

Quoting: DiableAnd that's what keeps Minetest from going mainstream. The lack of a base game mode that plays like actual Minecraft.

It's not a full-blown Minecraft replica but it has a lot of its features and it keeps getting updates and polish. :)
