AI War 2: The Spire Rises is a huge expansion to the space RTS out now, plus a big update for everyone

I've watch the videos. I'd like 3d.
Personally i dont like space RTS games without it.
So speaking in terms of visuals and 3d its
gets me down the fact that an abandoned game
like Shallow Space [External Link] hasnt set the standard yet.

Shallow space had that cool UI trying to
help you visuallize the space where you are moving.

So , i wait for its ressurection .

I agree with tmtvl.

The company tries to pull the apple-marketing tricks.
Bad? Nop .
But as linux programmer i would like more facts and less cartoons.
1970's Altair 8800 with the S100 bus would beat System76's in the open-hardware rank by far!!

Shallow Space development is not quite dead

I believe in this game.
Great potential and innovative UI and core mechanics.

Obviously to me the problem is not a scam intention (by far.. ) as you
read on often toxic steam forum answers. Obvious an organizational issue gone bad.

the battles are three dimensional.
The game seems too promising to mee .

My only argument is breaking the playable space in zones.
That's kind of a downer.
I mean space is one and united. Do we want to have 'roads' in space?
