No support, no buy for me. As simple as that. I am a big fan of AC, but they should pull out the head from the sand.

Strategy game Radiis has no moving units, only buildings and it's out now

That for the news. I'll try this one, I quite enjoy strategy games, but the part I enjoy less is to move units. Claiming territories just with fame and power is a far greater experience for me :-)

Looks like Shadow of Mordor has bad graphical bugs with Nvidia 364.12

Quoting: NelI'm currently playing Saints Row 4 and I also had missing textures with 364.12. But above all, this driver has a huge performance drop on this game, so I reverted back to 355.11.

I played some other games with 364.12: Sky Force Anniversary, Outland and Little Racers Street, but didn't notice anything wrong. Performance wise, these games are not very demanding for my 660gtx to experience any fps drop.
I think your drop in fps problem is not related to linux but to the nVidia policy on drivers. They have/want to improve they recent cards, even if this result in regression for the older models.

a 40k users social network isn't so mandatory. Cut out the non-english speakers (seems to be a lot due to the fact that the two bigger servers are german) I think the minimal effort to keep the page up to date isn't worth.

It's already compatible with GCN 1.1 which R9 290X belong to. It's just no listed on website since they didn't yet did any conformance testing on older GPUs.
Good, I hope they include officially soon maybe with an rpm packaging :P

It isn't a guarantee for success by any means, but it's one helluva nice opening. If Valve and the Khronos Group push it aggressively, it could end up taking a good chunk out of MS' gaming marketshare.
I think all, or at least a good part, in this forum hope in this results. Finger crossed. The times are mature and Linux too :)
