Valve limit key requests from developers if it isn't "worth the cost"

Another option might be for Valve to allow developers to pay for more keys instead of just saying no more third party keys. Understandably, it isn't fair to Valve if the developer sold 1000 copies on Steam and then they sell a hundred thousand keys elsewhere, but they should look at updating the Steamworks page and being more transparent about these limitations. Current Steamworks page says: "It’s free: There’s no charge for bandwidth, updating, or activation of copies at retail or from third-party digital distributors." (Link [External Link]

I wonder how difficult it is to port Telltale's games to Linux. Most of their games run on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS and they aren't exactly graphics-heavy. Considering how little replayability their games have, supporting one more platform (provided it doesn't cost too much) can't be a bad thing.

Sure, they've got lots of DLC and it can be expensive if you want to buy everything, but a lot of it is just fluff. The Utopia DLC for Stellaris retails for EUR 19,99 but at the same time they released the Banks update for all players and that added a lot to the base game [External Link]. They also recently updated the way air forces are handled in Hearts of Iron IV [External Link] and I didn't have to purchase any DLC to get that update.

What I am most surprised about, is out of 924 users, KDE Plasma is the most popular desktop environment.Probably a whole bunch of users who forgot to mention they're on Unity or Gnome, since we've got 1645 users who answered what distro they use, but only 924 specified which DE they use.

Surprised that Telltale hasn't ported any of their games to Linux, considering more than half of their titles are available on OS X, Android, iOS and consoles.
