It runs well for us on an Intel Core i5 and a NVIDIA GTX 660 with the graphics settings from the screenshots at 1080p with around 60fps.
*Hope there is an Arcade mode !*

Really, really interested, would like it arround 20 CAD and 20 USD...

I mean, hell, it used to be just $35, but that was, like, three years ago.
Certainly, 45USD is more than 3/4 of a day of work. It's more than 3 restaurant meal, maybe 4 and if you go cheap, more than 6 meal ! If i eat at home, i could make more than 2 week of foods with this if i wanted...

I would consider a lot more an 20 USD price tag. Specially when we consider i buyed the complete bundle of Civ V on June 2014 for 16.49 USD...
