I have to disable dri3 to get it running on Mesa:
in steam launch options.
LIBGL_DRI3_DISABLE=1 %command%in steam launch options.

Been enjoying this one, it's a good sofa game.
I've been using vulkan in the beta branch with no issues on radv, it fixes the lighting issues with gl on the open source drivers.

I've found that disabling volumetric lighting gets rid of the flashing lights in game.
