Quoting: ShmerlKernel 5.3 that theoretically should support Navi 10. I checked if AMDGPU was loaded - everything OK. I think the driver has issues with my mixed Hz configuration (1 screen 144Hz, the other 60Hz). There is a bug report of an issue that could be the same as mine: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/issues/1001 [External Link]Quoting: mrboeseI cannot understand why Navi cards still have those driver problems 6 months after launch. What kernel are you using that still has Navi problems?

I really hope they fix their drivers. I bought an RX5700 and could get the drivers to work OK on Windows, but not on Linux. Massive mouse stuttering, got even worse after using the PPA with updated Mesa.
I decided to switch to team green, where everything worked fine after CLI driver installation (Noveau of course instantly froze on login). My older RX580 worked flawlessly through. I cannot understand why Navi cards still have those driver problems 6 months after launch.

ARK again. Sigh. The only game in my library I actually regret that I have bought it. Can't the developers just drop Linux if they have no intention of supporting it the right way?

Quoting: cRaZy-bisCuiTThey should be better of allowing you using your own music files to play as a radio station with these DLCs. Even better it would be to include a streaming for real radio streams. At least there is a mod for that https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=422934383 [External Link]
The 'Razer DeathAdder Chroma' is quite possibly the nicest mouse I've ever owned

I have a Roccat Kiro. Although the reviews are mixed, it works fine for me. The mouse stores its settings internally and there is software to configure it on Linux.

I really hope it fixes modding for Linux and Mac, which is a real hassle now as all mods are written for XNA. Neither content mods (xnb files), nor DLL mods are working on Linux and Mac due to the dependency on MS XNA :(
Does somebody here have a Windows virtual machine or dual-boot to check if the Windows version still runs on XNA? I'm currently on a very crappy laptop that only runs Linux and cannot run a virtual machine.

I'm using MultiMC, so I'm not directly affected ... yet.
I have the feeling that there will be more and more "inconveniences". It won't break. But similar to Skype Minecraft will be more and more "behind" the Windows version. The community will surely find its way around some things - things that should be the responsibility of Microsoft/Mojang.
Super interesting will be the final release of the unified "Windows 10"/Pocket/XBOX editions. Will we get it (officially; not as community-ported Android version)? Will it run well? We'll see. But I have a bad feeling.

My crystal ball says: Will be as always. First the developer promises a Linux version, then is completely surprised that - who thought of THIS - people actually want a Linux version.
Promises Linux version 1 week after release; But no - it's postponed -XBOX One + Playstation + Android + Wii U + Windows 10 App versions are more important; After 1 year there'll be a Linux version with ~40% performance loss; Some time after Linux release, the developer will complain that Linux sales are crappy (Who thought that ~1% of users can actually only be expected to contribute ~1% of sales!!1!!!), Ubuntu always crashes and there will be never a Linux version again.
TLDR: I believe it when I see it.
