Quoting: slaapliedjeCoincidence? If you take the Thelio Massive page and put every single thing you can in your system on that page, it costs 76 thousand dollars! You can go up to 82 thousand IIRC, you chose the last option on 2nd hard drive, which isn't the most expensive (it's a HDD and not a SSD).

Three weeks ago I was worried about the future of Linux gaming, right after the Football Manager 2019 annoucement, and then this happened.
With all the pace on this developments, I start to believe that Football Manager 2019 will run even better than Football Manager 2018 on Linux!

Football Manager 2019 announced and sadly it's not coming to Linux

FM2018 (and FM2017, for that matter) are more than enough if you want to keep Linux and play FM, but that doesn't mean it isn't a huge loss.

Quoting: liamdaweThere is one thing that separates Football Manager from those titles and many more AAA titles: day one Linux support, five years in a row. And this is always one of the most played games on Steam, probably in the top 10 most of the time.Quoting: MVinhasI bought a Windows Phone smartphone back in 2015. I really liked that OS and didn't care about being developed by Microsoft. Windows Phone was at his peak, with a good set of apps (nothing like Android or iOS, but still) and a decent performance. Then, the company A stated that they will not release the next version of their app on WP. Ok. Some weeks later, Company B anounced the same. And the downfall of WP started, IIRC on late 2015.Rust, according to one of the developers, is only a temporary situation due to Unity issues and driver bugs. Their situation can't really be compared with this, since they didn't directly remove support due to sales.
I hope this isn't happening on Linux Gaming world, Rust abandoning Linux was a huge letdown, now Football Manager...two AAA games and I really like both. Thing is, since 2012 until this date we didn't had news like this, the number of AAA games was always increasing. I'm kinda worried because I've seen this before.
This isn't the first time we've had news like this and it hasn't really changed anything when it happened before. There's The Witcher 3, Darksiders 1 & 2, Carmageddon, Street Fighter, Project Cars and plenty of others. So yeah, it's happened before, will happen again and nothing's really changed overall in my opinion.

I used to change my distro every 1/2 months, including in the process Ubuntu, Debian and Arch Linux, and then I met Fedora.
F1 2015 is currently free to grab, F1 2017 has a free weekend plus a sale

At 1080p Ultra High I get 62fps average on F1 2015 and 72fps avg on F1 2017.
Plus, F1 2017 is so much better, this is the true F1 2013 successor.
But, what a F1 lover can do...it's like Football Manager, this year's iteration is one of the worst ever, but still I enjoy playing it.

I think you should reformulate the Wine question to a thing more like: "How often do you use Wine to play games", and options like "Never", "Sometimes", "Frequently".
In the last 3 months I've had literally over a half-dozen of distros installed on my computer, but I'm liking so much Fedora that I think I'm gonna settle for now.

F1 2017 could be on the way to Linux, as Feral Interactive want to see demand for it

F1 fan here, I can't believe there is actually a chance for this game to be ported to Linux, despite the bad reviews of F1 2015.
I think it's reasonable to give a 2nd chance to F1 franchise because F1 2015 was the worst of the series (imo F1 2013 is still the best).
I would definitely buy it.
