I have a 2060 Super, and I have no real need to upgrade currently. GPU availability is very sketchy right now, with scalpers trying to sell rigs at an obscene profit.

Maybe in a year, when the pandemic subsides, when tariffs drop...

I tried EndeavourOS, and it's too close to vanilla Arch for me (I don't like spending a long time to install packages); I prefer the so-called "bloated" Manjaro. All the benefits of Arch with the ease of Ubuntu.

OpenMW, the open source game engine for Morrowind sees great progress

A lot of people aver Morrowind as the best TES game. The world is weirder, enemies don't scale, and the story is fantastic.

OpenMW just asks where your Morrowind installation folder is, and takes it from there.

Bard's Tale 3. You do need to run

to get it to run, but It. Is. Gorgeous.

From Larian, it's the new Divinity Engine using 5e D&D rules (EVERYTHING is a die roll), and taking place on the Sword Coast.

It's $59.95 in Early Access, which is the first act of the game. Saves in this version are unlikely to work with the full version of the game, and character creation, while extensive, is still limited.

But is it good? Oh my, yes.:woot:
