I already own it, but it would be great to be able to play it on Linux!

Wow! This is the game I was waiting for on Linux since its announcement on Windows and actually asked Feral several times! <3
Actually I was thinking about giving up and buy it for Windows, as the complete edition was out and nothing announced for Linux. Now I know I will get it in a few days! I just have to buy a new HDD, possibly 4To to keep up with all those ports :D
This teaches a lesson: Never lose hope on Feral Interactive, they are the one porting the greatest games! Thank you guys!
As far as our MacOS pals are concerned, it's a wee strange, but I feel that being on Linux is better than being on MacOS for gaming these days. Wish you guys the best and hope you're going to be able to play it! :|

Quoting: operaGreat! I was waiting desperately for updated graphics driver. Now I can finally upgrade my SteamMachine graphics card to a Nvidia Gtx 1060. Hope it doesn't take too long until these updates get out of beta. While I agree that the user base is kinda low, I don't see it as a competitor to Twitch or Youtube Broadcast but more as a way to show my Steam friends a game that they might buy to play together without having another layer of app like Twitch. They can come and leave whenever they want without having anything more than the steam client opened.
Notably absent on Linux/SteamOS is that we still don't have Steam Broadcasting.I sometimes watch some broadcasts when I am kinda bored. The viewer numbers are ridiculously low. That feature looks pretty dead. They should remove it and better get some decent Twitch integration.
What are your hopes for SteamOS this year?I would like to have some streaming apps for Youtube, Twitch, Amazon Prime and Netflix. But I actually don't expect any big updates besides VR support.

How often would you recommend updating?
What game are you truly thankful to have on Linux & SteamOS?

I don't like Activions games, but they appeal to a broader audience, and we need those kind of games now.

Quoting: lijuFor me it would be Rocket League as well. Playing so much it with my 9 year old son!Let's take it step by step. As much as I agree with you, I would be very happy if we are at least considered equally to MacOS users. A lot of games still never land on MacOS and they get a lot of delayed ports as well, but if only big publishers like Rockstar or Activision could think about Linux like they consider MacOS, it would already be awesome!
Personally had a great time with Shadow of Mordor, Life is Strange and now Deus Ex.
Need to agree - GOL and this community helps to keep focused on Linux gaming a lot. Steam and Valce helped so much. I would not believe 3.5 year ago if someone told me after that time we will have 3K games with ports like I mentioned. Now just wish within next 3,5 years it will be really strange if any PC publisher do not target Linux as a day one release for every game!

Now that's a tough one!
I would tend to say Euro Truck Simulator 2, as this is the game that helped me ditching dual-booting for good, but in terms of actual fun and hours played, it has to be Payday 2.
So, Payday 2 for me!
