Don't want to see articles from a certain category? When logged in, go to your User Settings and adjust your feed in the Content Preferences section where you can block tags!

Steam gets overhauled with new overlay, Steam Deck big stable update

Looks and works great! The only two small things I've noticed so far are:

1. It is not possible to launch selected games in small mode by pressing Enter key.
2. Opening the Steam overlay in CS:GO causes the game to hang and/or crash.

This is actually bad news. Activision is not a good company at all. They did countless bad things to Blizzard and other companies they own. The acquisition had a potential to change it for the better (and possibly bring Blizzard games to Steam :-)).

It looks like I have found a small regression. Some games do not detect the correct system language anymore when using Proton 8.0. Instead, they default to using English locale. But maybe this is somehow related to the Flatpak Steam I use or the new Sniper runtime.
