Hopefully AMD can sort out the issue with HDMI 2.1 support.
Spent £3K on a TV and GPU but cannot use VRR or FREESYNC features due to a lack of driver support.
This problem may force me to drop AMD in favour of Nvidia. I do not want to do this though.

If Sony wont back down then I wont back down either.
NO Money for Sony.
Boycott to continue. They have lost around £250 from me so far. Ohh well, more money for other games.

Ohh no really.
I have just re installed Manjaro yesterday thanks to PDX and CO with the CS2 mods virus and now this.
I welcome any recommendations for a similar alternative distro.
Pure Arch might just be beyond my reach but I am willing to give a go if its not too much hassle to install.
I have a message for the Manjaro team if anyone sees it here. I left windows for a reason and for me opt out clauses crosses the line so im done with Manjaro it looks like. Shame as it was getting pretty darn good.

Quoting: emphyPerish the thought of allowing players to find their own trusted communities (i.e. friends) to play the game without anti-cheat with.I know right. Why cant we have the ability to create our own servers free of DRM. They could still offer dedicated servers with Anti cheat for the competitive gamer.

EA is another corp that will NEVER EVER get any money from me ever again.
This is why I don't buy games which are multiplayer only games and especially online service games with anti cheat DRM.
And changing the Terms and Conditions of sale after a sale has occurred, This needs to be challenged in court as its getting out of hand.

I am comfortable with not buying Ubi games.
Just because you are bankrupt, cash strapped and crawled back to steam does not mean I am going to rent games from you, especially after what you did with the crew game and games still infested with DRM and Ubi Account linking still required.
Bye Bye Ubisoft.

All this change does is clearly highlight the fact that "YOU" the customer is getting robbed of your money at an unspecified future date when the title magically disappears from your library. It could be a week or 20 years from now when that game disappears but either way, when it happens its theft whether its legal or not. I welcome this change as consumers might just start to realise that digital is not so permanent as they once thought.
Its why I still buy physical media. YES that shiny disk that has a "LICENCE" on it because I "OWN" the "DISK" and no publisher can enter my home and take that shiny disk away from me. As long as I can launch the game from the disk without an internet connection then in my eyes that is still classed as ownership but not so for a digital download.
Yes, I still buy games on Steam but I am fully aware and the amount of money i am willing to pay will be taken into consideration for that lack of ownership.

Would not shock me if it were a Government organisation or an anti freedom group involved. It would not shock me if Nintendo were involved given their recent activities.
Anyway I guess we have to wait and see if we are told who the group were.
