I've got it and I love it already, I like the approach to the crafting and the graphics. I've played around for a bit, but I'll wait till it's more ready to play. Vega 56 gets ~90 FPS on everything maxed out, and once the eruption happens it tanks to 30-40, but that's expected.
Also that's not how a Periscope works.

No news on RNG re-balance? This game is amazing, but it can get too frustrating at times, because you just don't get the cards you need and the debt is piling up fast

Quoting: ZekThePenguinReally tired of all the voxel-based games! We get it, Minecraft is popular! Who cares? That's a very surface-level perception of things. This one sets itself apart by trying to be a much more realistic survival experience where you don't have a magical workbench that just turns stones into swords. Minecraft spawned a whole lot of very creative and fun games, and now when its in MS hands independent alternatives like this one are great to have.

Quoting: GuestLooks and Sounds interesting. Tbh if no one would tell me and i just a the video without any context i would just think its Minecraft like everyone must admit it looks almost like 1:1It started off as a Minecraft mod (TFC), so no it`s how it should be. I loved TFC and that`s why I got myself a copy, being standalone fits it well.

Quoting: qptain NemoThey never advertised Linux support, on forums they stressed that the beta is experimental, and they never put SteamOS logo on their store page.Quoting: NeoTheFoxIt's the principle of the thing. I bought a native Linux game. I no longer have access to what I paid for. It was simply taken away from me. I buy games in order to play them with Wine / Proton "all the time", but at my discretion. I think it's fundamentally unfair to put a customer in a situation where what they have is so far removed from what it was advertized as at the time of purchase that it doesn't work (or isn't officially supported) on the platform it was bought on and for.Quoting: qptain NemoMy refund request has been denied based on the playtime (20 hours).Well sure thing it was denied, 20 hours is more than enough for what the game costs anyway, and don't shy away from Proton, it works really well. I've been getting games left and right for it, it's amazing. I mean, I am 100% with the developer here - if they can't fix the engine to have good performance on Linux and Proton does it better anyway - why should you care how "native" is it?

A much needed update, I hope they'll fix some randomness issues as promised too. I can't wait to get back into that game, it can really pull you in

To be honest Proton performs so much better than the beta ever did. I've played it for 64 hours with the beta, I know what I'm talking about.
