Denuvo anti-cheat is, but Denuvo anti-tamper is just an obfuscator. It hurts performance on weak CPUs but doesn't mess with an OS afaik.

Butthurt & ragequit?

Going onto GOG I expected maybe something like 10% of Steam, but it's more like 1%. Same with releasing a Linux version. It's all worth so little for us that it's rather annoying to have to do the extra work all the time and carry that weight around. I wouldn't do it again.

-1% here and -1% there, it's -2% already. Later the developer could find that every localization brings only +1% of sales and drop it too. I think shrinking their audience is the most stupid thing a manufacturer can do. Gaben does everything to expand Steam, and that's why he is a billionaire. The Supraland dev is just yet another Phil Fish (does anyone remember him?)

The game is good though, despite runs with poor performance and crashes too often. I should propably try Proton for it.

It takes three months for the WRATH developers to create a single level. There are 4 levels so far. They want to make 15. I don't see how it's going to be released in February 2021 without cutting out levels and/or their size. 2024 sounds more sensible.

The developer quickly changed the asset name but there's another problem, as Steam won't update just because file case changed.

Does that mean that Steam servers run on Windows?

Don't be overdramatic. I'm sure they will port SS4 to Linux eventually. Croteam used to support Linux well so far. They were one of the first developers who ported their game (SS3) on Linux just after one month Steam for Linux appeared. And the first developers whose game ran on Vulkan.
At least SS4 isn't EGS exclusive.
