F1 2017 could be on the way to Linux, as Feral Interactive want to see demand for it

If F1 2017 Linux port means no Linux port of another game, I'd prefer to not get F1. BioShock or RotTR would be much better for me.

Quoting: LeopardAs a note , whoever says " +1 for Linux , yay! " is basically will br saying " I'm gonna buy it when it is released ".

So if you are not sure about your thoughts upon an F1 game , don't give them promises.
Maybe I would buy it on sale, so +0.25.

It looks like a poor Unity game. Don't let standard Unity assets fool you.

GTA 5
BioShock 1-2
Batman Arkham series
Tomb Raider series
Resident Evil 4 / 7 / HD Remaster
Shadow of War
Skyrim
Wolfenstein 2
Mortal Kombat KE or XL
Bayonetta
STALKER series
Dark Souls series
A popular online FPS like Battlefield 1 or PUBG

I wonder if we ever get any of these games on Linux (besides Ride of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of War which are likely).

Verdun is yet another Unity title with broken fullscreen on Linux, here's a quick fix

With "-screen-fullscreen 0" option the game resets all my settings including controls for some reason. But with -show-screen-selector (and choosing the windowed mode) instead everything is ok.

Quoting: De1m0serror-message, some kind of SDL2 library missing. Opened the software-manager, type in "SDL2", an get about 20 results. ?? Which one do i need?? Get the first one. Press "install", and got a message, that a lot of libs will be removed, if i install that library. This was the part, where i gave up.
Actually, this is easy. Most of packages necessary for compiling have their names with "lib" at the beginning and "-dev" at the end (for Ubuntu and Mint). So, you probably needed libsdl2-dev.
