Looks like the racing game 'Gravel' will be getting a Linux version

Quoting: GuestDon’t listen to anyone saying that Dirt Rally is better with a gamepad, it’s not true. It requires the precision of a wheel. I don’t have a wheel and only the first car (the Mini) is playable because it is slow enough and FWD.
The wheel is heavily recommended to have the best fun, but every car is doable with a gamepad. You may struggle a bit with the RWD group B or the R4 category, but it's not impossible

Quoting: MohandevirDriving like Dirt Rally or Dirt: Showdown? I would gladly use a lot more Dirt:Showdown style games. Something that doesn't require a Steering wheel to be competitive... If you know what I mean?
Contrary to this popular belief, Dirt Rally is actually easier with a controller. The wheel (while more precise) is way more challenging than a gamepad and I've beated quite a few players who used the wheel, both in DR and Grid Autosport.

Back on the topic: being Milestone the makers of the MotoGP and Ride series I'm really glad to read this! Ride is now playable through Steam Play but Ride 3 is around the corner! Maybe... Jus' maybe? Pls Milestone <3

I will definitely buy Ride [External Link], since the demo works like a charm with Steam Play and I'm the happiest Linux player in the world!

CS:GO, because AWP flickshots and AK47 headshots are quite addictive! Also, the prime system looks like it worked. I found good teammates and no one yelling on the microphone

Quoting: AkienNice! For those like me who can't seem able to add it to their library due to already owning Episode 1 - Paris after getting the similar free Winter holiday pack, here's a workaround:

Go to https://steamdb.info/app/439890/ [External Link] and click the "Free" button, and let it open the steam:// URI in your Steam client. That worked for me to add it as an owned DLC.

Now I should actually take time to play those two episodes and buy the rest from the Feral store :D
Thanks! It didn't add the content indeed, now it does after your tip! :D Thanks again, a lot!

The latest Steam Client update is quite a big one pulling in lots from previous beta versions

Steam regularly looses credentials and settings, very annoying.
Geeeee! I thought i was the only one! It also resets the skin to the default one... Hope they get it sorted out

It's time to bug Feral Interactive about future port requests once again

Burst The Game, the free to play FPS arrives with broken Linux support

Quoting: RedneckFrom what i've understood, the Unreal FPS kit used in the game was made by the developer of Burst itself... I can be wrong though, because i didn't find any evidence but a comment somewhere.
I've not seen any evidence of this, the developer of Burst has a completely different name to the developer of the Unreal FPS kit. I've seen nothing when digging around to match them up. When looking at the Unreal FPS Kit, the resemblance is striking.
Yeah, considering it was a reply on a Steam review or a comment in a discussion, you are certainly right!

It looks like people is digging the game too fast, being free and in EA... I hope things turn for the best! The more FPS the better :P
