Quoting: AryvandaarDivinity Original Sin 2 and Guild Wars 2 every now and then. I haven't played that much in Sin 2, prob just an hour or so, so far.
Divinity Original Sin 2?? Are you playing this on Wine?

Now I'm playing Tyranny and quite enjoying it while I wait for Pillars of Eternity 2.

Oh nice, thanks for the review. Just bought it on Steam. I love tactical RPGs like PoE and Tyranny but action RPGs can be full as well!

I just decided to open Steam on my Linux work machine and lo and behold, I get a survey! Even though I run Steam almost all the time on my home machine, but I seldom get surveys.

The latest Steam Hardware Survey shows Linux market-share has declined again

Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoA Linux exclusive AAA game with super amazing graphics and gameplay is the only thing that can revert this trend...

You see.. Most PC gamers install an illegal windows distro just for to play (legally or illegally) the game of the moment..

If there is an Ultra AAA game and is Linux exclusive, they will come to Linux just for to play this game.
Not even that will revert this unless folks can buy some branded Steam Machine that is available in their area for a reasonable price. Maybe a very minor portion will dual-boot but the majority will simply not bother.

I backed this and looking forward to playing it. Now trying to fill the gap with Tyranny which is as close as can get to PoE mechanics but still can't seem to force myself to get immersive in it.

Quoting: TcheyIt certainly looks better, but it's still very far from what was announced years ago (medieval Eve Online). It's way too much a MOBA, and they don't listen to some super smart clever gamers giving some awesome feedback to improve gameplay (seriously), such as fully reworking the Learning Points.
Really because I've been considering this game, and if it's too much MOBA then no way I'll get it. I prefer sometimes to just play solo as well.

Ok I guess I'm not following. I have Plasma 5.9.1 and I see the option "Allow Applications to Block Compositing", shouldn't this be CHECKED in order to increase performance for games? Also, will games in Steam block compositing in Plasma?

I wasn't so sure about the Fig thing but I just pledged my support anyway. I love PoE (and playing Tyranny now) and would love to see this game see the light. Already finished PoE with the two expansions so I'm ready for whatever comes next!
